Employee Wellness Program

The creation of a safe, healthy and supportive work environment is a vital component of Western Health's efforts to improve the health of its employees. This Program focuses on the health of the organization as well as employee's personal health.

The Employee Wellness Program recognizes that the employees of Western Health are its greatest asset. A working environment that promotes well-being and recognizes the contribution of staff is critical. The philosophy of the Program is based on the belief that not only does an employee's health impact on their work but, also, the workplace itself impacts on an employee's health.

The Employee Assistance Program is available to all employees of Western Health. Employees can access this service directly and confidentiality of the service is of utmost importance.
