The Human Resources Department has created an Exit Interview process, which will provide employees with an opportunity to provide feedback to Western Health when they voluntarily leave their position.
The goal of the exit interview is to create an atmosphere that allows and encourages truthful expression of your opinions regarding the organization, its management practices and the job itself upon your resignation or retirement. The process is meant to be non-intimidating and comfortable and be used as an avenue to gain valuable feedback from employees. The exit interview process is voluntary and can be completed anonymously.
Human Resources will use the data collected to gain knowledge regarding the role, department and management practices. Interviews will be kept strictly confidential.
